Bex Partridge of Botanical Tales

What is the name of someone who sees the potential in something that others don’t? A visionary? A revolutionary? An all round genius? Whatever it is, Bex saw something in the beauty and sustainability of dried flowers when the rest of us were still wincing at the garishness of statice and imagining something our grandmother kept for more years than she should on the hall table. Ok, maybe just me, and it turns out that there are some actually quite nice forms of statice.

I digress.

Bex led the way, but we are all following. I grow dried flowers and I absolutely adore them. I have poppy seed heads on my windowsills and a bunch of dried brownie tulips stayed hanging on the wall for months. I have absolutely nothing on Bex’s collection though and I watched her utterly beautiful film with rapt attention (and not a little flower envy). I loved it, and I think you will too.
